COOKIES
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
1. Heat oven to 350º
2. Arrange dough 3 inches apart on cookie sheet
3. Bake 8-12 minutes, removing from oven when cookies are slightly soft in center. DON’T OVER BAKE!
FRENCH FRIES
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 400º

Arrange on cookie sheet

Bake on cookie sheet for 15- 17 minutes
FRYING INSTRUCTIONS

In saucepan or fryer, heat oil on Medium/High to 350º (vegetable oil works best)
-
Add frozen fries to shimmering oil, fry for about 4 minutes


CHEESE CURDS
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 450º
-
Arrange on cookie sheet
-
Bake on cookie sheet for 8 minutes, flipping once
FRYING INSTRUCTIONS

In saucepan or fryer, heat oil on Medium/High to 350º (vegetable oil works best)

Add curds to shimmering oil, fry for about 2.5 minutes
PRONTO PUPS
-
In saucepan or fryer, heat oil on Medium/High to 375º (peanut oil works best)
-
Combine 8oz PRONTO Mix with 5oz water, stir well. Batter will be quite thick.

Place hot dog on skewer, dip in PRONTO batter, coating completely
-
Fry till golden crispy (about 3 minutes). Let cool.


MINI DONUTS
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
1. Heat oven to 400º
2. Thaw donuts, bake for 3-4 minutes
3. Sprinkle warm donuts with Cinnamon Sugar
TOASTER OVEN
1. Toast donuts once on a “Medium” setting
2. Sprinkle warm donuts with Cinnamon Sugar

FUNNEL CAKES
1. In medium bowl add 1lb Fernie’s Funnel Cake mix
2. Combine mix with 1 2/3 Cup water (13oz)
3. In a frypan or fryer, heat oil on Medium-High to 375º
4. When oil is shimmering (375 degrees), drizzle batter
5. Fry batter for 30 to 60 seconds
6. Add powdered sugar or your favorite toppings
