SWEET CORN

STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill large pot with water, bring to boil over high heat

2. Shuck corn, remove stems

3. Boil corn for 7 minutes

GRILLING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Carefully pull outer husks down, remove silk corn hairs, then pull husks back up

2. Soak in water for 10 minutes

3. Grill 15-20 minutes, turning corn every 5 minutes

COOKIES

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

1. Heat oven to 350º

2. Arrange dough 3 inches apart on cookie sheet

3. Bake 8-12 minutes, removing from oven when cookies are slightly soft in center. DON’T OVER BAKE!

FRENCH FRIES

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat oven to 375º

2. Bake on cookie sheet for 18-20 minutes

3. Sprinkle with salt

FRYING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill a saucepan with vegetable oil, heat on medium/high

2. When oil is shimmering, fry french fries about 7 minutes

3. Sprinkle with salt

CHEESE CURDS

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat oven to 375º

2. Bake on cookie sheet for 17 minutes

FRYING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill a saucepan with vegetable oil, heat on medium/high

2. Fry cheese curds until they begin to brown, about 2 minutes

3. Dry cheese curds on paper towel before serving

CORN DOGS

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat oven to 375º

2. Arrange corn dogs on a large cookie sheet

3. Bake for 18-20 minutes, turning over once

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS (MUST BE DEFROSTED)

1. Place corn dogs on plate, cover with paper towel

2. Microwave for 30-35 seconds

MINI DONUTS

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

1. Heat oven to 400º

2. Thaw donuts, bake for 3-4 minutes

3. Sprinkle warm donuts with Cinnamon Sugar

TOASTER OVEN

1. Toast donuts once on a “Medium” setting

2. Sprinkle warm donuts with Cinnamon Sugar
